The Utili-Key has to be one of the most well-located multi-tools out here. I don’t go everyplace lacking it, and it gets a lot of use in all kinds of circumstances.
It’s the size of a generous car key. When it is safe and sound on the keyring, it isn’t vacant everyplace except and until I am equipped to use it. The screwdriver heads are fully functional and sturdy, even if here is a risk of being paid cut on the knife blade if it is handled forgetfully (not like I’d do that, but this isn’t a kid’s toy). The blade is sharp and stays that way very well.
If you like life prepared for no matter what thing that might take place, this is a must-have tool for you. Check out the rest of Swiss-Tech’s product line as well.
One notification: Do _not_ involve a Utili-Key in no matter what thing carried on a plane. Scanners do know what they are and how to find them. Stow it as a substitution for in view of the fact that it will be confiscated if not. I despise taking it off my keychain when I journey, but it must be done.

|High feature unobtrusive helpfulness doohickey,
When I first noticed the Utili-Key at my peddler, I thought the $10 fee was a modest high for something so small and unadorned, but the stainless steel end seemed well done, and it looked like a high-feature tool so I bought it anyway. I have in view of the fact that establish out that the tool also comes in a gold affect (titanium nitride) at some retailers.
Now that I’ve had it for a while, it seems well value the money. This product was made in Plates and sorry to say I have seen some low feature steel tools that were made here, thankfully this one is an exclusion. The tool opens and closes correctly and seems to have forceful tolerances. The serration’s on the lower knife part seem to have been carefully cut. It looks as even if one side of the Utili-Key is abstractedly more polished than the other, doubtless for marketing reasons as the more jeweled side was facing up in the retail box. This is a minor top as the other side subdue looks just fine.
When I first bought the Utili-Key, it was not apparent to me that it would open up a full 180 degrees. That would have been okay in view of the fact that the tool is absolutely functional when opened 90 degrees. Here are no springs caught up, and it appears to be made of out of exactly 3 pieces of steel. It clicks into either of the two open positions with a bit of pressure and stays in place honestly well, but it is not safe and sound into spot which means that it can subdue accurate up on your fiddle with if not used carefully. The knife is very sharp and it may maybe cause an accidental injury all owing to the use of the philips part of the tool in view of the fact that the blade is contrary the philips head.
The tool is so small and unobtrusive that I cannot presume why anyone would not want to have the simple convenience of it aptly on the ancient key-ring. The part of it is just abstractedly shorter than the ignition key for my vehichle. Even if you involve other types of multi-tools or a sack knife, it would be worthwhile to have this in case you forget your other material.
I really delight in learning clever well made harvest and this one is a keeper.

|excellent to have but hard to use,
I’ve had this emotionally caught up to my key ring for a number of being. I don’t need it evenly but when I have it’s been helpful as long as I am very careful while treatment it. The knife is extremely sharp and in view of the fact that the key is sweet thin it can rotate basically in your fingers. It’s not incredibly simple to accurate nearly a key ring with one hand, and does with a bit of a snap, so you need to make sure your fingers are well out of the way when you do. The Phillips screwdriver on the end of one of the tines is helpful for equipment like tapering spectacles, but it is abstractedly offset from the opposing blade and I’ve nicked or jabbed for myself with it more than once while it’s in my sack. You’re supposed to lock it at either 90 or 180 degrees when by it, but when you accurate it from 90 the keyring end basically grabs at your fingers. This isn’t a product for kids, and only must be used with farthest care.
