Does the Job and Does It Well,
I just expected my Zipit and I was pleasantly surprised to see it did NOT come in a clamshell wrap. You need 2 AA batteries to use The Zipit. I had to play with it for a small before being paid it to work just aptly but the built-in directions give very excellent guidance. If I had uneasy to read them before trying to use it for myself I would have been better off. Here are some excellent tips in here. Once I got it to work, it was FANTASTIC! For a protect who has cut several fingers trying to open persons stupid clamshells this was a breath of fresh air. I am in fact looking forwards to the next clamshell I run into. One more use that is NOT mentioned in the directions…when used with the protection cap on you can basically cut open envelopes, even the thicker wrap envelopes. A nice superfluous bonus.

Like The Zipit! I tried one of the other blue-collar clamshell openers but this is much better. All you do is push a pin and let the zipit do all the work. It’s like an gripping can opener for post. It is sensibly calculated in a way that keeps your hand away from the sharp wrap “shrapnel” so you do not cut your fingers. I can’t wait to use this for Christmas!
