Best tool for calculating kitchen formulas and recipes!,
I circulate Epicurus.com, one of the leading food and journey sites with more than 10,000 recipes. In an average week, I go owing to more than 200 hundred recipes developing them for our site or our clients. As a restaurant consultant, I scale recipes for clients each day. This calculator has made my life simpler and agreed me less angst over miscalculated formulae. The device is as unadorned to use as a habitual calculator, but so much better.
No home cook… to be sure no professional chef, must be lacking one of these skill. I’ve come to depend on it for accuracy, alacrity and efficiency.
They’re far more accurate than the recipe software I’ve used, simpler to work with and far more well-organized as I can take this aptly to the kitchen workstation with me. It fits in my sack and facility like a awesome sight.

I am a pastry chef in SF. I came crosswise this calculator while in culinary lecture a few being back. One of the best darn tools I use. Each kitchen must have a calculator, but why not one that will also help with conversions? Get this as a gift for anyone you know who likes to cook.

As a “multi-national” evenly attempting to follow a recipe in different lands with different events, I thought this would help. Calculated Industries KitchenCalc 8300 Recipe Calculator with Digital Timer. Sorry to say, it is FAR too complicated to revise an entire recipe and after by it just a few era, the spectacle conked out. It wasn’t batteries as I was mandatory to buy a new set to check. The cost to renovate it (it was just out of warranty) exceeded the cost of a new one! Be careful before you dissipate for this.
